Chad Marshall, CISSP, MCSE 2003, MCSA 2003, MCSE 2000: Security, MCSA 2000: Security, Security+ is Vice President for Bank of America Global Corporate and Investment Banking Infrastructure Services responsible for Strategy & Architecture. Chad has spent the past 6 years defining and driving strategic IT solutions with great emphasis and focus on creating scalable, maintainable and highly available solutions. During his tenure with Bank of America, Chad has pioneered new approaches to Microsoft Windows and Linux OS hardening, service pack/hotfix management, and production support through innovative uses of Windows scripting and automation in high-cost/high-value production environments. Chad has authored and co-authored several technical articles for Microsoft Learning, participated in the facilitation of several Microsoft TechNet Web casts, and most recently has been called to speak at TechMentor 2005 on behalf of Redmond Magazine.
